The SFA and SFM cultures are built on a foundation of respect, excellence, collaboration, and fun. We’re a group that works hard and plays hard. We understand when to hit the pavement and when to take time to connect as a team (like cocktails or yoga at Friday’s happy hour or the annual chili cook-off).
Our lives have been impacted by sport and our dedication to sport is part of the fabric of our culture. Our team is made up of individuals who love sport: some of us played professionally, some played in college, some are enthusiastic parents and spectators…and many of us still love to play. Whatever the case may be, we all agree that sport changes lives and we’re passionate about bringing that impact to communities across the country.
Defined by our uniquely entrepreneurial leaders, the SFA and SFM values don’t rest on a sheet of paper filed away, but rather are lived, used, and woven into everyday interactions.
